Our story

Prenax started life in Sweden in 1993, serving the largest bank in Stockholm. At the time, there were no specialist subscription agents that understood the complexities of a corporate environment; customers were frustrated having to rely on solely academic-focused vendors. Since then we have grown to be the world’s largest corporate subscription management partner for organizations from the USA, through Europe to Asia-Pacific.

Through our growth and partnerships with other companies we now provide superior information resources to both corporate procurement professionals and librarians in a variety of industries. From financial to government, pharmaceutical to academic and everything in-between; we provide companies of all kinds a service to centralize orders for subscriptions, memberships, books and more.  With Prenax’s award-winning customer service our clients have come to expect rapid responses to inquiries, great attention to detail, excellent follow through and far more. The way we handle our close relationships to our clients has remained consistent over the years and it fuels our spectacular growth.

Today Prenax manages sales of over $150m from eight offices globally. It is profitable, growing, and enjoys a customer retention rate in excess of 97%.
