Our dedicated Customer Service Executive Annette Purdey wins the Account Manager of the Year award at BIALL 2022

Huge congratulations to our very own Annette Purdey from our Customer Service team, for winning the Account Manager of the Year Award at BIALL 2022 for her continued hard work and dedication to her customers.

Annette has been with Prenax for a number of years and has worked very closely with many customers. Her positive and can do attitude is always appreciated, and below are the kind words of praise that accompanied her nomination.

This award seeks to recognise an individual working for a supplier who has gone the extra mile, or someone who provides a consistently good service.

This year’s winner has been praised for her reliability, knowledge and consistent cheerfulness. Importantly nominations highlighted how helpful she was during the pandemic especially at a time where colleagues had to manage changes to enable them to provide seamless online information to their lawyers.

One nomination also commented on the many shipping and customs related issues since Brexit and how Annette has always ensured that the customer experience has not changed or suffered. Truly someone who has gone the extra mile in difficult circumstances, responding quickly and meeting often short deadlines.
