Prenax acquires Subscription Management Services.

Stockholm, Sweden – 19 August 2025 – Prenax is pleased to announce its acquisition of Subscription Management Services from Biblioteksentralen SA. Effective from August 19, 2025, Prenax will assume all rights and obligations related to the service, including those concerning customers, suppliers, and employees.
