Couranto Migration to Prenax.

Important upcoming update regarding your subscription and ordering experience with us.

What’s changing
As part of our ongoing improvements, all customers will be moving to the Prenax subscription management platform, PxOnline, which will become your single place for managing subscriptions and placing orders.
•    All active orders will be migrated to PxOnline
•    Historical data will not be migrated but can be provided upon request at any time- we will store your data for 7 years, after which it will be deleted for privacy reasons.

Why this is happening
Following Prenax’s acquisition of Couranto last year, this migration represents the final step in bringing Couranto and Prenax together as one unified company. This change allows us to deliver a more streamlined, efficient, and consistent service to all customers.

How this affects you
To complete the migration, there will be a system freeze while data is securely transferred to PxOnline. During this period:
•    New orders and changes will be paused
•    Access to services will be limited

We will keep disruption to an absolute minimum and ensure a smooth transition. You will get advance notice before the system freeze. To place new orders or handle renewals using the current Couranto service, please do so before July 31, 2026.

Timeline
The migration is currently planned for early August, and we will provide more detailed timing and instructions closer to the date.

Training and support
To help you get started with PxOnline, we will be offering training sessions and guidance materials ahead of the migration. Further details will follow shortly.

Your support team
Your current day-to-day Couranto contact will remain the same and will be best positioned to assist with any transactional or service-related inquiries.
A dedicated Prenax support team will answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding the migration.

FAQs

When will the transfer of data and switch take place?
The data will be migrated on August 3rd 2026, there will be a 1 week system freeze period. From August 10th, customers will be able to access the Prenax systems (Prenax Online).


What is the last date I can process an order or claim on the Couranto System?
31st July

What is the first date I will have access to the Prenax customer portal?
10th August

What support will I have during the system freeze?
You will have your dedicated CSAE to support you and available to process any urgent requirements.

Do I need to do anything before the migration happens?
No action is currently required. 

There will be a change to banking details which will be communicated shortly. Our existing bank account will remain in place for the foreseeable future to ensure a smooth transition.

Will my Couranto support contact change?
No, your Couranto contact will continue to be your dedicated contact for any queries you may have.

Is there a change to the contact email address?
Yes, the new support email address will be support-us@prenax.com, however any emails still sent to support@couranto.com will be redirected to this new email address.

Is there a change to the contact telephone number?
The existing general telephone number (201) 307-9900 will remain the same. However, your dedicated Couranto contact will be receiving a new direct line, which will be shared with you in due course.

What will happen to Couranto and will I have access to historical data?
From August 3rd you will no longer be able to access the Couranto systems. All active orders will be transferred to Prenax Online and will be available to access from August 10th. 

Historical data (up to 7 years) can be made available at any time, upon request.

How will training be provided on the Prenax platform?
A Training guide and video for Prenax Online has been provided with this communication for all customers. Additional training sessions can be provided upon request.

Changes to Our Ticketing System
As part of our migration, direct access to Zendesk using a username and password will no longer be available.
If you need assistance, please send all support requests to support-us@prenax.com. Your email will automatically generate a support ticket, which will be routed to your Customer Success Representative for assistance.

How can I access Prenax Online?
You can access Prenax Online via the following link: PxOnline Log-In
Your username will be your email address, please use the ‘forgotten password’ option to be able to reset your password and access Prenax Online, from August 10th.

If your organization uses GEP, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or PeopleSoft, simply search your eProcurement system for the Prenax catalog. Selecting the Prenax catalog will automatically direct you to Prenax Online, where you can browse and order subscriptions using your organization’s existing procurement process.
